The Following Requirements Must Be Completed On Or Before 90 Days After Move In

1. Porch Awning:                Minimum Size 8' X 20'

2. Carport Awning:             Minimum Size 10' X30'

3. Skirting:                            Vinyl Only, Must Be Harmonious 

4. Metal or Wood Shed:     Placement and Size Must Be Approved By Management

5. Hitch Must Be Removed

6. Landscaping: No Grass Permitted. All Palm/Trees Kept Trimmed

Exceptions: If Any To The Above Requirements Must Have Prior Written Permission From Management
