PETS

Small pets are permitted and must be registered in the office. Pets are not to exceed 20 pounds full grown

The following rules must be observed

1. Disturbances such as barking, snarling, growling, etc., which will annoy neighbors is cause for revoking permission to keep your pet(s).

2. Any pet when not inside your mobile home or contained within a fenced yard, must be kept on a short leash.

3. All pet litter must be picked up by its owner when walking the pet within the confines of Plaza Del Sol.

4. No pet is to invade the privacy of another home site, flowerbeds, shrubs, yard, etc.

5. No pets are permitted in the clubhouse, recreation or play areas.

6. All mobile home sites must be kept clean from pet litter. Such litter is to be put in garbage unless enclosed with in a container.

7. Managers must approve plans for fences or enclosures outside the mobile home for the purpose of confining a pet.

8. Guest and visitors are not permitted to bring pets into Plaza Del Sol Mobile Home Resort, without obtaining prior permission from management.

9. If your pet prevents an employee of Plaza Del Sol or a utility meter reading company from reading the utility meters and a second visit then becomes necessary, there will be an estimated charge for utilities added to your monthly rent charge.

10. Pets running loose will be turned over to animal control.

11. Management reserves the right to review each residents file to verify approval was obtained for residents who have animals.

12. Management reserves the right to approve any pet that is detrimental to a tenants well being with the written validation of a doctor, other health care provider or proper person/agency deeming this necessary. Management also reserves the right to revoke this rule if said pet owner and/or pet are not following the rules set forth for pets.
